At TravlFi, we want you to stay connected with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your hardware, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that data plan fees are non-refundable once the service has been activated.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Device
Securely place the TravlFi device and all original accessories, including cables and manuals, into the original product packaging to ensure safe transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
